What type of eater are you? I love all sorts of tasty foods, but i always try to balance things out. 50% of the time I eat out and 50% I stay in. If i eat (delicious) greasy junk food one day, I’ll make sure to eat organic vegetables or a salad the next. I also do a lot of sports.
