If –like us– you’re obsessed with truffles, then order the oeuf cocotte baked in a ramequin and covered with cream and black truffle (LBP 19.000). If you dig oysters, they’re also on the menu. Prune is a great way to start the day and A cote (their next door bistro, which serves tasty sandwiches and lobster rolls) is also a good choice.
