Best Seafood Spots in London
Don’t you just love the thought of a massive seafood platter with a glass bottle of rosé? We particularly enjoy eating this during the Summer by a beach but to be honest, we’d have it anytime, anywhere – as long as it’s fresh, of course. With that, here are our favourite seafood restaurants in London.
This is a real London institution. At Scott’s, dishes are presented to you as though you were a Greek goddess (you can nearly see the cherubs flying around it). We particularly recommend the heavenly Langoustine Tail Tempura served with a spicy cocktail sauce (but be ready to spend some pennies because this costs £28.50)! On top of that, the luxurious decor (which is filled with modern art pieces from the greatest, including Damien Hirst) will make you feel important and their gigantic seafood platter (£38 per person) is well worth the detour.
The Atlantic bar located near London’s West End theaters is the perfect spot to enjoy a few oysters before a play (£35 for a dozen). The alfresco dining area also makes it ideal for some classic people watching. For some extra privacy, you can also go for the separated booths and secluded tables.

This newish spot in Highbury is run by the same people behind beloved Primeur in Stoke Newington. Their menu changes daily but always focuses on seafood (4 oysters for £11). The beautiful industrial looking restaurant also serves organic wines to wash down all the delicious food.
This small, cool and hype fishmonger/seafood bar was so successful that they soon opened a bigger restaurant not too far from their original location in Islington. Their sharing plates are all delicious – especially the scallops ceviche with chili, coriander, passion fruits and Hendricks gin (£9).
