Pumpkin seed


We used to think that the best thing about Halloween was the candy.
Now it’s roasted pumpkin seeds with a cold beer.

Next time you carve a pumpkin don’t throw the seeds away!
Keep them and do this:

Preheat your oven at 180 C.
Rinse the seeds in a sieve.
In an oven dish mix seeds with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, sea salt  (to taste) and rosemary.
Roast in oven for 20 minutes, stir once after 10 minutes.
